Terms of Service

The service
HiveCompass is provided to agencies under a written agreement with Maxivize, which includes a Business Associate Agreement. These terms apply to every person an agency or partner organisation authorises to use it.
Accounts
Accounts are personal and issued by invitation. Keep your credentials private, use the second sign-in step when required, and tell your agency at once if you suspect misuse. Sessions end after 12 hours, and sooner for billing and compliance roles.
Acceptable use
Use HiveCompass only for the work your agency or organisation authorised. Do not copy client information outside the systems your agency has approved, do not share sign-in links or codes, and do not probe, scrape or overload the service. Referral partners may see only what the partner portal shows them.
Data
Client records belong to the agency that keeps them. Maxivize processes them only as the agency's business associate. Agencies can export their data at any time from Settings.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability and announce maintenance in the app. Features may change; nothing changes what the BAA requires of us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Maxivize's liability is limited as set out in the agency agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
